Membership

Membership allows you to participate in the full range of Society activities. Members receive a copy of the magazine “Tramfare”, which is published six times a year. It has articles on general tramway interest from around the world, as well as on aspects of tramway and light railway modelling, and there are regular features such as “Model Tramway News”, and reports from the various National, Regional, and Area Groups.

The Society’s also has a Facebook group.

Members can attend National, Regional, and Area meetings in those parts of the country where these have been set up. These meetings typically consist of illustrated talks on tramway related matters, given by Members; discussions on aspects of modelling; and an opportunity for Members to show progress in whatever models or projects they are currently working on. Area meetings have resulted in developing lifelong friendships.
