The Executive Committee are pleased to announce the appointment of Selwyn Runnett as the manager of our Website.
Selwyn will be responsible for the content of the Website:
- adding new content
- updating existing content
- deleting out of date content
- implementing any changes advised or required by the Website Sub-Committee
Content can be supplied by any Member of the Society, but the Webmaster has editorial control over what is uploaded onto the Website, including the freedom to amend and improve such content.
The Webmaster is not however responsible for sales transactions placed through the website (eg subscription applications, renewals or refunds, sales of books or Model Engineering parts). These are the responsibility of the appropriate Officer (eg Membership Secretary, Archivist, Model Engineering Secretary, Treasurer).
The Committee offer their thanks to Selwyn for taking on this role.
