Between 1970 and 1994, the Society ran a series of Annual Lectures entitled “ The Walter Gratwicke Memorial Lecture”. These lectures were subsequently printed in booklet form and are still available to purchase.

John gives an overview of some of the tramways of France. Most of the views date from 1905 to 1915 and are taken from commercial postcards in his own collection.
